From Bottle to Panel

Our manufacturing facility transforms post-consumer recycled PET bottles into acoustic panels. The process begins with collecting and sorting PET bottles, which are then shredded, cleaned, and melted down into fibers.

These fibers are spun into thread, needle-punched into dense felt, and pressed into sheets of various thicknesses. The result is a durable, colorful, and acoustically effective material that absorbs sound while looking great in any space.

Because we control the entire manufacturing process, we can customize panel dimensions, thickness, color, and surface profile to match any project's requirements.
